As mid-career professionals, this group brings a wealth of experience from various fields including teaching, army logistics, non-profits, big tech, festival direction, data analysis, Indigenous affairs, cybersecurity, and business management. Their passion for Indigenous knowledge and its application in environmental protection, technology development, and community engagement is inspiring.

We’ll be sharing the works of our students in our signature biannual demonstration days affectionately known as Demo Day - where you’ll be able to follow along and celebrate the key learnings and innovative research from the students throughout the year.

With a hunger for learning and a commitment to progress cybernetic thinking, these students are ready to bring their unique knowledge to help build safe, sustainable, and responsible technological systems.

The ANU Master of Applied Cybernetics is our flagship education program. It is the first of its kind and the only master’s program in applied cybernetics in the world.
