Sharon Lopez is the Operational Excellence Lead at the School of Cybernetics. Sharon has a keen interest in human connections, connectedness, and the dynamics of social interactions. A bachelor’s in Social Science and postgraduate studies in Psychology led Sharon into the community sector for a decade of empowering at-risk young people and families to develop skillsets and pathways to facilitate their own change.

Returning to the ANU in 2016, Sharon comes to us from the Research School of Psychology where she was the Interim Administration Manager. She has worked at the Crawford School of Public Policy, ANU Centre for Continuing Education.

Identifying education as a powerful change agent Sharon has a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and is a DISC Advanced certified workplace behaviour consultant.
