Some people follow a career path. Eunice has a collection of past lives.

Her career journey has taken her from the FMCG sector for both multinational and local brands, where she learned the realities of retail and relationship management from the group up, to education, where she was a preschool teaching assistant, reading coach, teacher trainer, facilitator of after-school programs, consultant for an Australia-Philippines education program, manager for an education startup, and a promoter of international education.

Eunice holds a Bachelor of Advertising Management and a Master of Education Management with a particular research interest in leadership in Early Childhood Care and Development settings. Aside from her formal qualifications, Eunice is a trained facilitator for (Gallup) strengths-based team development programs and remains passionate about helping people discover and apply their strengths.

Since moving to Australia during COVID-19, Eunice was the Program Officer for ANU Crawford School Executive Education while navigating the early years of motherhood. In 2026, she joined ANU School of Cybernetics as Administration Coordinator, a role that allowed her past lives to converge: supporting people, programs, and operations that keep the school running.

While she has now embraced the higher education sector, Eunice still contributes to the early childhood education sector through various initiatives, including developing a Filipino language app for children, connecting people and researchers, and generally being a champion for friends working in education and international development.

With early FMCG brainwashing still deep in her veins, Eunice finds supermarket visits therapeutic, looking at assortment, pricing, merchandising, and promotions for fun. One day, she hopes to add another chapter to her collection of past lives and become a culinary experience designer and children’s picture book author. Until then, she remains a firm believer that good food, music, curiosity, and well-organised systems can solve most problems.
