Charlotte is a PhD candidate at the School of Cybernetics. To a first class Honours degree in Theatre and a Master of English Studies, Charlotte added 7 years working in the arts sector as a Marketing and CRM Manager for some of Australia’s largest performing arts organisations. Prior to joining us for the first ever 3Ai Masters, Charlotte was Product Manager for a legal technology start-up. Charlotte is also a talented independent theatre maker, working primarily as a director and producer. In between completing her Masters and commencing her PhD at 3Ai, Charlotte has been helping us to reinterpret the 100 year-old play R.U.R. (Rossum’s Universal Robots) and developing cross-disciplinary educational resources to open the conversation about the cultural contexts and artefacts that shape AI systems today.
