Three. Words. Here.#
Nischal likes juggling his interests in theoretical sciences and tangible engagement with the world. Joining 3Ai was his attempt to bridge the two.
Originally from Nepal, Nischal has completed a Bachelor of Mathematics from New York University Abu Dhabi. It was while doing a PhD in Computational Neuroscience at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, that Nischal decided to take a year off to join the 3Ai Masters program.
Nischal is always exploring how best to combine his interests: he experimented with developmental economics in Ghana, climate and ocean sciences in Greenland, computational legal studies in New York, Machine learning in Germany, Neuroscience in Israel, and finally Cybernetics in Australia. It is an exciting work in progress!
During his time at 3Ai, Nischal worked on ecological perspectives for smart cities of the future, has built a smart tap for water conservation, and explored general themes of explainability and interfaces in cyber-physical systems.
