Jasmin combines serious tech, engineering safety and an appreciation for design across some of the most challenging environments, from high-altitude mountaineering to becoming the first Australian woman to both commission and operate a nuclear reactor.
Bringing experience from senior technical and strategic advisory roles in the government, research and emergency services sectors, Jasmin is the inaugural Future Technology Fellow at the Centre for Defence Research, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Member of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem.
Jasmin has also held directorships including the award-winning mental health charity Mind Blank Ltd, Areté Assessments, WiN Global, WiN Australia Inc and the Institute for Regional Security, ranked in the Top 20 Best New Think Tanks in 2018.
While at 3Ai, Jasmin deepened her insight into safety considerations for an AI-enabled world and explored new design technologies. Post-3Ai, Jasmin will be pursuing research in AI-enabled Hypersonic systems and their impact on the strategic landscape.
