Holly Hill is a research assistant in the engagements team at the school of cybernetics. Her research areas include the nature of the Metaverse and virtual reality , Digital culture and human technology interaction, histories of technology and computing and AI governance.
She holds a bachelors degree in Politics Philosophy and Economics from the Australian National University, where she engages in a range of studies inclusive of key elements of distributive justice, game theory, discounting wellbeing for future generations and the role of AI in art. Holly is orienting her studies to account for the problems of the future, with an emphasis on the role of the individual and human in this wider theoretical framework. A philosopher at heart, Holly dedicates herself to various philosophical niches, including the philosophy of cosmology and Chinese philosophy and creationism.
When she is not at the school of cybernetics, Holly can be found working at Mecca on the weekends, immersed in the fragrance range.
